At heart, THE PIGs are restaurants with rooms – cosy, comforting and homely corners to hunker down in, in some of the most stunning parts of the English countryside.
Our gardeners and chefs work hand-in-hand to create our hearty and seasonal 25 mile menu, brimming with festive favourites and classic winter dishes. What we can’t grow ourselves in the Kitchen Garden, we source from our local heroes: the best farmers, fishermen and foragers we know.
The places we’re lucky enough to call home are pretty special – endless things to do and see in tight-knit communities that really come into their own at the most wonderful time of year. Our bedrooms are pretty comfy, too!

THE PIG, New Forest
Nestled in the enchanted New Forest, our original PIG has the bustling village of Brockenhurst right on it's doorstep with plenty of local treasures to explore. Hop on a bike and peddle yourself off into the New Forest National Park - this time of year it really comes to life with vibrant bluebells, fresh greenery and earthy scents in the air.
THE PIG-in the wall, Southampton
Right in the heart of the city, overlooking Southampton harbour and tucked in the medieval walls, spring city breaks to THE PIG-in the wall offers the perfect mix of urban and country. Shop your little heart out at West Quay, take yourself off to the New Forest for a dose of nature or get on the water at Hamble River.
THE PIG-near Bath, Somerset
Tucked in the Mendip Hills, spring in Somerset promises bluer skies, rolling hills, yellow daffodils and an excuse to enjoy cider in the sun. Venture beyond our mellow country house to discover the West County from the spectacular heights of Cheddar Gorge, to the streets of the time-honoured, golden-coloured architecture of Bath.

Hidden in the Otter Valley, surrounded by 3,500 acres of lush Devonshire greenery and the coast only a 15-minute drive away, THE PIG-at Combe offers an unforgettable spring getaway for both land and sea seekers. Grab a smoky flat bread in The Folly, trek Devon's craggy coastline or buzz about the cobbled lanes of Exeter.

With the coast in casting distance and the fresh colours of spring coming into full force across the countryside, THE PIG-on the beach is the perfect place for a spring staycation. Take to the Dorset Hills if you want to adventure beyond our gardens, meander along the coastline or mosy about the local areas for a souvenir from Swanage.
THE PIG-at Bridge Place, Kent
This time of year sees colourful wildflowers across our lawns, sprouting spring greens and deliciously smoky aromas from our Garden Oven. Whisk yourself off to explore the quirky local village of Bridge, take to the rivers and punt your way through Canterbury, or navigate the Garden of England and discover what a great glass of English wine is.
THE PIG-at Harlyn Bay, Cornwall
Peeps of sunshine, salty air and sunsets to pull-over for, our hide-away by the sea is only a 10-minute drive to the picturesque port of Padstow and a short stroll to Harlyn beach. Discover the heights of the headlands, unearthing quirky local treasures or getting on the water! Head straight from the surf to some outdoor eating at The Lobster Shed.

Explore our patch tucked in the rolling hills of West Sussex. Spring in West Sussex really is something else! We are spoilt with the rolling hills of the South Downs, ancient towns and historic houses to explore, miles of coastline and some of the best English wines you can get your hands on!
THE PIG-in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire
THE PIG-in the Cotswolds is right in the heart of it all. Tucked away in the Cotswolds village of Barnsley, just four miles from Cirencester, is our honey-hued 17th century Grade II gem, with original listed gardens designed by Rosemary Verey. You’ll find many hidden gems around every corner of the property, from The Village Pub across the road to the ornamental gardens.
