Our rooms...
Each house and every bedroom is totally different. We always go with the grain of the place, taking our lead from the spirit of the building to create rooms that feel lived-in, with a very personal mix of old furniture and paintings, vintage fabrics and reclaimed wood. They all have pretty indulgent bathrooms too.
With rooms just made for two, wow-wee rooms, rooms with a view, outdoorsy rooms and rooms for your whole gang – whatever you want from your stay, we have got you sorted.

One of the two smallest bedrooms tucked away in the main house, very compact but with a high ceiling and large window overlooking the grounds.
Pub Snug
The Village Pub - near Cirencester, The Cotswolds
Our pub snug is on the smaller side but has everything you need. Tucked in the eaves, right above the bar, it has a cosy bed with a Vi Sprung mattress and Egyptian cotton bedlinen as well as a separate monsoon walk-in shower. The room is calm and quiet, with air conditioning and triple glazed windows.

The Village Pub - near Cirencester, The Cotswolds
These bedrooms offer cosy spaces for two, tucked in the eaves with a large double bed with Egyptian cotton bedlinen and a Vi Spring mattress for extra comfort. In the separate bathroom you’ll find a monsoon walk-in shower. The room is comfortably air conditioned and peaceful with triple glazed windows.
Snug Twin Room

Tucked away in the eaves on the 2nd floor of the main house, with two full-sized built-in single beds and a monsoon shower - great fun for kids or for adventurous big kids.

Cosy ground floor bedrooms in the Stonehouse, each with their own terrace in the courtyard and a bathroom with a monsoon shower. Both Snug rooms can be made into a twin.
Pub Comfy Luxe
The Village Pub - near Cirencester, The Cotswolds
The biggest bedroom in the pub at the back of the building, comfortably air conditioned and quiet with triple glazed windows. There’s a large comfy bed with Egyptian cotton bedlinen and a Vi Spring mattress for extra comfort. In the en-suite you’ll find a freestanding bath and monsoon shower.

Located in the Stable yard, our Family Room features a large double bedroom with a rolltop bath and monsoon shower, and a bunk room for children up to the age of 12 with it's own tv and monsoon shower. Features family bathroom with 6ft monsoon shower and rolltop bath plus a wet bar area.

Forest Hut

The Forest Hut is a little brother to Bert’s Box, and is the perfect woodland hideaway - small but perfectly formed, tucked in at the bottom of the garden, clad in reclaimed timber with a private terrace. Our Forest hut has a cosy bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and an adjoining bathroom.

The Tack Room is a super cosy quirky retreat in the Stable Yard with a small terrace. Set over two floors, the bedroom is downstairs with a king-size bed and the bathroom is upstairs with a freestanding bath and walk-in monsoon shower, and it has its own small terrace.

The Apple Store is ‘rustic shed’ hidden within the Kitchen Garden with unique features over two floors, a wood burning stove, large monsoon showers and a freestanding bath.
Gracie’s Shed

Named after its original, much loved four-legged resident pony - Gracie’s Shed is a cosy, rustic, yet romantic wood clad hut, that stands on its own in the Stable Yard.
The Hide

The Hide is located in the kitchen garden with unique features over two floors, a wood burning stove, large monsoon showers and a freestanding bath. The Hide really is ‘a room with a view’, where the herd of 80 strong Fallow Deer are able to appear right outside your window!

Located on the 1st floor of the Stable Yard, the Hayloft has an external staircase leading up to it. It has a pitched ceiling and an open plan bedroom, seating area and bathroom. With a super-king bed, and a freestanding bath and walk-in monsoon shower in the bathroom.
Chicken Shack

A great room! Full of character with exposed beams and original features, the bedroom, bathroom and sitting areas are on one level with a super-king four-poster bed and freestanding bath in the room, and a bathroom with a walk-in monsoon shower. The Chicken Shack has its own little terrace.

The Bothy is one of the two dovecotes, tucked away in the kitchen garden. All on one floor and open plan in design, this room has a four poster bed and features a monsoon shower, free standing bath and views of the kitchen garden.
The Barn

A romantics dream! The Barn is a huge upstairs-downstairs 2-person rustic bedroom, converted from the old stable block in the grounds. Quadruple aspect with far-reaching views over the water meadows and Kitchen Garden, with lots of rough cast plaster and reclaimed timber. The perfect adults only getaway!
Nuttery Stable

Surrounded by heaps of our homegrown trees and in front of our newly planted nuttery, The Nuttery Stable is our brand-new bedroom away from the hustle and bustle of the main house, with one master bedroom and a very spacious lounge with a warming log burner.
The Lookout

The two storey Lookout is the larger of the two dovecotes, with gorgeous views of the kitchen garden and stunning coastline. The Lookout has its own Beach Hut on South beach for you to use.
Bert's Box
THE PIG - New Forest, Hampshire
Bert's Box was the first of its kind and will contain everything you need for a two-person getaway, including a master bedroom with four-poster bed, shower room, free-standing bath and kitchen-diner with a log burner.
