On selected dates this season, we’ve taken a chunk off our bedroom rates so you can gather your favourite people and head round to our house with no fuss – you can simply sleepover and plan your stay, your way, when you get here.
Rooms are spread out between a higgledy-piggledy collection of traditional brick, flint and timber clad Sussex Stable Yard buildings, which, together with Field and Garden Wagons, provide a real range and variety of accommodation - all have been lovingly restored and nestle together around original courtyards.
Bedrooms are classically PIG; rich, cosy and indulgent fabrics, reclaimed textures and wood, roll-top baths, locally-stocked larders and each one totally unique. Just a short stroll from the main house our bespoke romantic Garden Wagons and Field Wagons have been designed using traditional craft methods but are kitted out with all the mod-cons (log burners, double-ended freestanding baths, monsoon showers – you name it they’ve got it) – tucked away either in the walled garden or in the long grass of our fields, they are secluded, private and completely perfect for an escape for 2.

Characterful PIG Rooms

Extremely Small
Our smallest rooms but they all have heaps of character – tucked away in the main house, very cosy with walk-in monsoon shower rooms and views out across the Kitchen Gardens and grounds.
Snug Rooms
Snugs are on the smaller side but have everything you need! They all have monsoon showers.
Comfy Rooms
Seriously comfy! These rooms have walk-in monsoon showers in the bathrooms and everything you need for a good night’s sleep.
Comfy Luxe Rooms
Big rooms with big beds, big freestanding tubs and large monsoon showers.
Big Comfy Luxe
Really good sized rooms with plenty of space, super-king beds, walk-in monsoon showers and freestanding roll top baths.
Even Bigger Comfy Luxe Room 2
The biggest room in the Main House! It is very light with dual aspect windows, high ceilings and unbelievable views out across our vineyard and the rolling South Downs.
Even Bigger Comfy Luxe Room 6
A small set of steps leads up into the largest room in the Courtyard. Open plan across one level, the largest room in the Courtyard is full of original features, exposed brick and reclaimed timber.

Garden & Stream Wagons
These Wagons are hard to beat – step out and breathe in the fresh air. Seriously romantic, they have been designed using traditional craft methods but then kitted out with all the mod-cons... some even with outdoor baths!
Field Wagon
With views out across the rolling South Downs and fields, these large bespoke Wagons have all the comforts of a bedroom in the Main House, but are just a little bit closer to nature.

Tack Room
The Tack Room is a super cosy quirky retreat in the Stable Yard with a small terrace. Set over two floors, the bedroom is downstairs with a king-size bed and the bathroom is upstairs with a freestanding bath and walk-in monsoon shower, and it has its own small terrace.
Old Stable
Located in the Stable Yard with the original stable partitions and an open plan layout, paved flooring and restored timber panelling, the Old Stable has a super-king four-poster bed, freestanding bath and walk-in monsoon shower. The Old Stable has its own small terrace.
Gracie’s Shed
Named after its original, much loved four-legged resident pony - Gracie’s Shed is a cosy, rustic, yet romantic wood clad hut, that stands on its own in the Stable Yard.
Hayloft
Located on the 1st floor of the Stable Yard, the Hayloft has an external staircase leading up to it. It has a pitched ceiling and an open plan bedroom, seating area and bathroom. With a super-king bed, and a freestanding bath and walk-in monsoon shower in the bathroom.
Chicken Shack
A great room! Full of character with exposed beams and original features, the bedroom, bathroom and sitting areas are on one level with a super-king four-poster bed and freestanding bath in the room, and a bathroom with a walk-in monsoon shower. The Chicken Shack has its own little terrace.
Apple Store
Nestled away at the bottom of the walled Kitchen Garden, the original Apple Store is cosy, private and quiet – a rustic romantic hideaway! The Apple Store has its own little terrace.
