With the first signs of spring beginning to show, we’ve given our menu a seasonal spruce. Expect it to still be hearty and comforting, but now it has a touch of spring in its step – think lamb shoulder with leeks, new-season rhubarb and lots of fresh homegrown greens.
So, pull up a chair with us and dig into a simple yet classic menu of British crowd-pleasers, that would be at home on any kitchen table.
